Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes are pleased to announce the appointment of George Sneddon and Richard Singleton to Technical Service Managers for the North and South respectively.

Both appointees bring with them a wealth of experience and understanding to the roles with extensive backgrounds in both technical and business aspects of the industry. George was appointed Acoat Partner Consultant for Scotland in 2005, initially joining the company in 1992; and Richard has been with Akzo Nobel for just over a decade, his most recent position as a Technical Sales Rep, focusing on customer sales training. 

By creating these new positions Akzo Nobel looks to enhance the efficiency and technical quality of their customer support. “We will be working hand in hand with regional sales managers and technical sales reps in our set areas to further develop a clear line of communication with our customers,” commented Richard

“Both George and I are delighted to have been appointed and are confident that this development will aid us in providing optimum customer service”.

The move to create two new positions comes after the recent expansion of the Technical Sales Rep teams. Previously the TSR's reported into the sales manager, but now they will have a technical line of report.
