Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes is pleased to announce the appointment of George Sneddon to the position of Field Technical Manager.

In his new position, George will head up the technical, training and car refinish colour departments of Akzo Nobel with all Technical Representatives reporting to him through the Technical Consultants North & South.

“I look forward to working with the team at Akzo Nobel to ensure all our customers receive an exceptional level of technical support,” commented George.

Akzo Nobel’s excellent reputation for customer service recently saw it voted number 1 for service in the Sewells Bodyshop Opinion survey in 2007.

George brings with him a wealth of experience and understanding to the role with an extensive background in both technical and business aspects of the industry. In his recent roles at Akzo Nobel, George was Technical Consultant North and prior to that an Acoat Partner Consultant, Senior Technical Representative and Technical Sales Representative after initially joining the company in 1992.
