Akzo Nobel Coatings Ltd has partnered with ACIS Ltd, the national distribution network, to extend distribution for the Sikkens car refinishes product range. The Sikkens product proposition will now be available through ACIS’s 61 outlets nationwide. The move complements Akzo Nobel’s existing distribution network, bringing its total number of outlets to 97.  

“The new agreement with ACIS is in line with our vision to grow market share while continuing to provide an exceptional level of service to our bodyshops,” commented Kevin Nineham, National Sales Manager at Akzo Nobel. “We believe that working with ACIS and our existing distributors will put us in a strong position to expand our product penetration in 2007 and beyond.”

Commenting on the appointment, Graham O’Neal, Chief Executive, ACIS said, “This agreement represents a milestone in the development of our business. We believe that the Sikkens CR product range is technically excellent and complements perfectly the range of customer propositions and added value services that ACIS Ltd provides to the market.
