New Manager Joins Sikkens’ First Class Customer Service Team

Anne White returns to customer services as Sikkens’ new Customer Service Manager as the department expands in both size and excellence. Anne initially joined Akzo Nobel in 2001 as a customer services administrator for commercial vehicles before working in the marketing department. As customer service manager, Anne will oversee the department in building stronger relationships with the Sikkens customer base.

 

The customer services team works in tandem with the colour and technical department to respond quickly to customer’s needs; and their efficiency has not gone unnoticed with Sikkens being voted number one for customer service in the 2007 Sewells Bodyshop Opinion Survey.

 

Following major contract wins, Sikkens’ customer base has grown significantly, and the expansion of the customer services team will now ensure that the quality and value brand can continue to provide customers with first class service.
