The e-Customer Satisfaction Survey lets your customers complete a simple on-line questionnaire immediately after a repair. They will provide you with valuable feedback you can use to fine-tune your offer for different customer segments.
How does it work?
First you receive access to the system and training from one of our service managers. To carry out a survey, you simply enter the customers into the system. They then receive a web link to a page with the questionnaire.
Questions are multiple choice and enable statistical processing. Your customer can add a personal note. Completion takes about 2 minutes. You can have customers receive a reminder if they exceed the response period.
