Quality improvement training 

Prevent problems and defects with improved quality control 

Employees learn to define and analyse problems in order to prevent them. For your business this means:

What you learn

There are two types of training.

Problem Prevention: Trainees follow the repair process step by step. They are invited to share knowledge and experiences. The problems they present are defined and analysed, before training in how to prevent them. The training course lasts for two days.

Quality Repair System: Trainees learn how to create an effective Quality System. A video will show frequently encountered errors in technique, economy and HSE, to be detected by the audience. Participants then form teams and calculate the positive impact of optimum quality control. The training course lasts for one day.

For whom:  
– Body shop managers and supervisors responsible for production
– Body shop employees engaged in car repair
Required previous knowledge and  training: Thorough knowledge of the car refinishing repair process and affinity with paint products and application
When:
Where: Trainees are invited to attend the full training at central locations. Hotel accommodation will be arranged on request.
