What you learn
There are two types of training.
Problem Prevention: Trainees follow the repair process step by step. They are invited to share knowledge and experiences. The problems they present are defined and analysed, before training in how to prevent them. The training course lasts for two days.
Quality Repair System: Trainees learn how to create an effective Quality System. A video will show frequently encountered errors in technique, economy and HSE, to be detected by the audience. Participants then form teams and calculate the positive impact of optimum quality control. The training course lasts for one day.
